i8TOYS i8-FB-001 Might Be the Real Star of Serene Hound “AGNES”
i8TOYS i8-FB-001 Might Be the Real Star of Serene Hound “AGNES” When most collectors first look at i8TOYS Serene Hound “AGNES”, the attention naturally goes to the obvious things: the beautiful head sculpt, rooted hair, tactical outfit, weapons, and that unmistakable i8TOYS character design. I was the same. But after getting AGNES in hand, spending […]
VeryCool VCD-05 and VCD-06: Are the New 1/6 Seamless Bodies Actually Better?
VeryCool VCD-05 and VCD-06: Are the New 1/6 Seamless Bodies Actually Better? VeryCool has quietly become one of the most interesting alternatives in the 1/6 seamless female body market. For years, TBLeague was the obvious name whenever collectors talked about seamless bodies. But VeryCool’s VCD series has gradually built its own following, especially among collectors […]
Sigma Studios DMC-1 Devil Contractor – A 1/12 Dante I’m Definitely Watching
Every once in a while, a third-party figure appears that immediately makes me stop scrolling and take a closer look. The Sigma Studios DMC-1 Devil Contractor is one of those figures. Officially, Sigma is calling him the Devil Contractor. But there is very little mystery about the character being represented here. The silver hair, crimson […]
Building Android 18 in 1/6 Scale with VH Toys and Verycool
Android 18 is one of those characters who looks easy to recreate until you actually try to build her in 1/6 scale. Blonde bob, blue eyes, denim vest, striped sleeves—simple enough, right? Not really. Her design depends on a very specific balance. She needs to look calm but dangerous, feminine without becoming overly glamorous, and […]
After Nearly Three Years, ACG ART’s Tifa Is Finally Here — Was She Worth the Wait?
After nearly three years of waiting, Miki takes a close look at the ACG ART ACG002 Tifa Lockhart Tears Edition, its two exceptional head sculpts, silicone body, accessories, flaws, and current value. I have been waiting for this Tifa for so long that the original anticipation almost feels like it belonged to a different era […]
NEOTOYS NEO-001 Godslayer vs Sigma Studio GOW-01A: Is This the New 1/12 Kratos to Beat?
NEOTOYS NEO-001 Godslayer vs Sigma Studio GOW-01A: Is This the New 1/12 Kratos to Beat? Six months ago, I unboxed the Sigma Studio GOW-01A GodSlayer, an ambitious figure that tried to bring the scale, weapons and imposing presence of classic Kratos into the much smaller 1/12 format. Now, another third-party manufacturer has entered the arena. […]
My Custom 1/6 Advent Children Tifa Lockhart: ACG ART, Super Duck and Verycool
Tifa Lockhart’s appearance in Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children has always been one of my favorite versions of the character. For this project, I combined two ACG ART ACG002 head sculpts, the Super Duck SET090 outfit and a Verycool VCD-02A body to create my own interpretation of Tifa in 1/6 scale. You can watch the […]

JKtoys K-011 Carys C+ In-Hand Review: What Collectors Should Know The JKtoys K-011 Carys C+ is a 1/6 scale female head sculpt featuring long rooted hair and a pair of glasses. About Me
Hi, I’m Miki—a longtime figure collector, customizer, photographer, and the person behind Miki Hobby.
My interest in figures began as a personal hobby, but over the years it gradually grew into something much larger.
Miki Hobby first developed through my YouTube channel, which has grown into a community of more than 67,000 subscribers. My videos mainly focus on detailed unboxings, custom figure projects, close-up showcases, and the small details collectors usually want to see before deciding whether a product is worth buying.
This website is where I can explore subjects in greater detail than I sometimes can in a video.
